On April 5, a U.S. District Court upheld Pennsylvania’s ballot access laws, against a challenge brought by the Green and Constitution Parties. The parties are appealing. The decision is very lengthy. A posting will follow when the decision has been received. Apparently the court criticized Pennsylvania’s law, but said it is constitutional.
