According to this story, leaders of the New York state Independence Party may soon be compelled to answer questions about a donation to the party in 2009 amounting to over $1,000,000. Thanks to Bill Van Allen for the link.

perhaps now the party namesakes the non-affiliated voters of NYS (over 2M) will be allowed to fully participate in the IPNY OTB primary process. A federal court (USCA2ndCirc) panel will be asked that question yet again this coming Friday in NYC federal court room.
