Seems odd that they would turn in signatures in April (for an August deadline) without knowing what standard will be used to verify them. The Libertarian and Green Parties are awaiting a decision from the state’s high court on the verification standard. Does this mean that the court’s decision is known to insiders, or just that AE is confident enough that they don’t need to know how the court will rule?
