American Independent Party Sets Location of Presidential Nominating Convention — 8 Comments

  1. Jack Fellure, the Prohibition nominee for President is still willing to accept the AIP nomination for President. While it is not likely the party will give its nomination to him, it is so sad to see this once great state 3rd party become so ineffective in this election. If the party leadership wanted to demonstrate it still has some political savvy, it would at least swallow its petty philosophical differences with the Constitution Party and nominate former Congressman Virgil Goode for President. But again, just as with giving their nomination to Jack Fellure, I’m not holding my breath while waiting for them to do the right thing at least and nominate Virgil Goode.

  2. 1) Don’t get your hopes up. At least with Goode there would be a solid conservative campaign. However, it seems to be more splintering at the seams.

  3. jack fellure is a decent man , he deserves to be treated with the respect of a bona fied candidate, fellure presence on the ca ballot would help the prohibition party

  4. Green Party Voter, you apparently have not kept up with the latest in California. The state AIP is not associated any longer with the Constitution Party. So Virgil Goode is not “their national candidate.” It’s that simple.
