Silly, silly Oklahoma.
Gosh, if NPV gets implemented they’ll NEVER see a candidate visit them in the general election campaign and…oh wait a minute. They don’t get visited now, do they?
But hey…that’s OK. If NPV is implemented the campaigns will focus on media buys (after all, they don’t do that now, do they?) in major cities, so Oklahomans will be able to keep track of the campaign that way and…oh wait a minute. They don’t have TV’s or radios in small rural states, do they?
Silly, silly Oklahoma. They just don’t see how good they’ve got it now, and how their small state’s interests are protected by the EC.
