According to this story, the Connecticut Secretary of State recently ruled that two or more candidates for different offices in the same jurisdiction may appear on the same petition, for primary ballot access.

  1. So could the libertarians do this, putting two people on a petition, saving time and money or is it only for local elections?

  2. It was already permitted for candidates petitioning to be on the general election ballot.
