Senator Kirsten Gillibrand Will Introduce a Bill to Require All States to Let Applicants Register to Vote On-Line

U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) will soon introduce a bill to require states to let individuals register to vote on-line. See this story. The U.S. Constitution will require the bill to apply only to federal elections. If the bill were to pass, though, it is likely that states would then make that procedure applicable to all elections, rather than creating a dual list of registered voters. 1. Gee — ALL of the usual suspect stuff DOA in the Elephant Senate and H. Reps ??? Duh.

  2. Flat out violates the Constitution! Contrary to what people may think, we do not have ANY federal elections. We vote for presidential electors, NOT for the presidential candidates themselves. Congressmen and Senators are elected by the eligible voting electorate of the respective districts and states.

  3. What magic PROOF will have to be shown that the online person is a living USA citizen and qualified to be registered ???

How many New Age Donkeys are LAWLESS wannabee TYRANTS — trying to get TOTAL POWER by any means possible ???
think Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc. etc.
