On May 19, Kentucky held Democratic and Republican primaries for the statewide executive posts. In the Republican gubernatorial primary, the two leading candidates are only 83 votes apart.   1. Wow, a 80+ margin is considered a virtual tie by Ballot Access News. I know there was doubt that 50% plus one vote is a majority, but I had no idea that virtual ties applied to a 80+ majority with BAN! Must be a slow day for news.
