U.S. District Court Enjoins Colorado Ban on “Selfies” in the Polling Place

On November 4, U.S. District Court Judge Christine Arguello, a Bush Jr. appointee, enjoined the Colorado law that criminalizes taking a photo of one’s own voted ballot and showing it to anyone.
