So if this bill becomes law, how will it affect a party trying to get 5% of the vote for Governor to become a ballot-qualified party in Illinois?
One thing I would really like to see is instant runoff voting for Presidential Electors. Its too bad Illinois’ bill excludes federal office and Maine’s bill excluded the Electors as well
