Is anyone going to file a lawsuit against this unconstitutional “law”?
lawsuits like that are very expensive, because the attorney must present lots of detailed evidence to prove that the law does not actually do what its proponents claim it does. Sometimes Paul Jacob has the resources to get such lawsuits going. Paul Jacob heads a group to protect the initiative process and it gets donations capable of doing such lawsuits, sometimes.
