ALL of the major legislative bodies in the USA are corrupt ANTI-Democracy oligarchies due to minority rule gerrymander election systems —
1/2 or less votes x 1/2 rigged gerrymander areas = 1/4 or less CONTROL = OLIGARCHY — since 1964 SCOTUS gerrymander cases.
IE — the New Age USA oligarchs are even more EVIL worse than the old time oligarchs (for thousands of years) since the New Age oligarch robot party gerrymander hacks claim to be *democratic* to deceive the public and media morons.
