San Francisco Chronicle Says Governor Jerry Brown Should Sign Bill Moving Primaries from June to March

The September 25 San Francisco Chronicle has an editorial titled, “Six bills the governor must sign.” Included in the six bills is SB 568, which moves all primaries from June to early March. The Governor has until October 15 to act on the bill.

  3. Congress should eliminate the uniform congressional election date, and instead require all electoral phases occur in the six months preceding the beginning of the term (July 3 or later).
