Basically — expect max rigging of primary dates by the gerrymander hacks from now to the last of the primaries in 2020.

The USA gerrymander hacks could pass a uniform primary date for Congress elections — to put total pressure on the State gerrymander hacks — to reduce the current nonstop election machinations.
Aug-Sep primary DAY — NO runoff primary days.
