  1. Why can’t there be a set number of signatures to get on a ballot for everyone? Political parties could mail all their members to get the required number and independents could get their own. In the general election the group name can be beside the candidate name.

  2. B.L —

Because the SCOTUS HACKS (being appointed party hacks) can not detect the *equal* in 14 Amdt, Sec 1 — applies to each separate office and that each election is NEW.

Getting REAL Democracy into the USA Const may take 100 – 1,000 times the efforts of the USA Military in all the USA wars from 1775 to now — with X percent of the USA people / property getting wiped out.

The ANTI-Democracy oligarchs are deeply entrenched — much more than the old time divine right of kings monarchs.

  3. How about letting candidates file to get on the ballot.

You as a voter could write your party asking who to vote for, or they could send out a message telling you to vote for.

  4. The proponents of Top Two Tyranny certainly are determined to make the election process in this country more unfair than it already is.
