According to this story, Wyoming businessman David Dodson will be an independent candidate for U.S. Senate this year. He will need 5,036 valid signatures, not easy in Wyoming, which has the smallest population of any state.

With two big balloons that might work, but with one it would just be freakish, and hard to read.
Wyoming signature gathering is by paper only in the presence of the signature gatherer. And you have to be a registered Wyoming voter.
