New Mexico requires independent candidates to obtain signatures of 3% of the last gubernatorial vote. The only state with a higher percentage is Nebraska, and Nebraska’s requirement is under court attack. Also Alabama is tied with New Mexico, at 3%. Several United Coalition affiliated members are in agreement to support the proposals for the One Party system and a write-in campaign is planned for candidates supporting the One Party system.
More announcements are bring readied now which will explain how we can all work together for the One Party system 2018 write-in campaign, which candidates want it in California and possibly elsewhere.
We will be preparing videos and articles about the One Party system and how we can work together for write-in strategies.
The United has been advocating for the pure proportional representation (PPR) voting for more than twenty-three consecutive years and we welcome the write-in campaign for the One Party system.
