As expected, though it took an interestingly long time. I cannot see the three-judge District Court jumping in at this late date, which might have been a factor in the Supreme Court’s delay.
Just read the District Court’s decision. It dismissed on standing grounds. Supreme Court may have delayed to see what District Court’s next step was. Anyway, this settles the matter. PA is over.
