Darcy Richardson Submits Evidence in Georgia Ballot Access Case About Why the 5% Petition was Created in 1943

The Libertarian Party of Georgia has a lawsuit pending in U.S. District Court against the petition requirement for minor party and independent candidates for U.S. House. On April 20, the party was required to notify the state of the substance of the testimony that will be submitted. One of the party’s witnesses, Darcy Richardson, submitted this 7-page summary of evidence that shows the 5% petition was passed in 1943 in order to block the Communist Party from ever again getting on the Georgia ballot.

  1. Who needs *communists* in 1943 (part of the Allies fighting against the Axix killers in WW II in 1939-1945) when there is the Donkey communist party in Devil City since 4 Mar 1933 ???

How many of the UNEQUAL ballot access laws in ALL States before or after Oct 1929 [start of 1929-1941 Great Depression I] were/are due to such *communists* ???

How many of the current top Donkeys are 100 percent *communists* – esp in CA, NY, MA, IL, etc. ???
    ——–
PR and Appv — even for *communists* — so they can drop the fake facade used for many decades.

  2. We need equal treatment for all political candidates as long as slander or hate is not used.

With all US voters having one vote as a team, we are not afraid of diverse representation. Bernie Sanders for example, pretty socialist, but widely accepted abd supported.

Somehow there is value in the melting pot equation.
