THe Ninth Circuit heard oral argument in Soltysik v Padilla, 16-55758, on February 8, 2018. This is the case over California party labels on the ballot. One of the three judges on the panel was Stephen Reinhardt. But then Judge Reinhardt died on March 29.
The Ninth Circuit has now chosen Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson, a Clinton appointee, to replace Judge Reinhardt in that case. She will now listen to the recording of the oral argument (if she hasn’t done so already), and read all the briefs, and thus will be able to participate in the decision when it comes out.
RIP Judge Steven Reinhardt.

We ask women voters to help decide who men should support for State Attorney General, since only males are candidates on the June 5th state ballot.
We men are uniting behind the females for Governor to “take turns” since no female has ever been elected Governor of California and our new policy calls for 50/50 gender balance by alternating genders when we vote.

Us men must do more and work harder to make elections more fair for women by using the teamwork generated by PPR.
Too many people are excited by our work and they get great new ideas from the information.
But teamwork means communication, practice and repetition so we can improve our skills and expand our options.
When we play the music the whole orchestra should harmonise to make beautiful music as one big happy team.
But to never lift your instrument for the team effort will not help the song.
