This is the case over whether the Constitution protects the ability of a political party to receive an unlimited donation if the donor is deceased and had not told the party before he or she died that the bequest had been made.

D.C. Circuit Sets Oral Argument for En Banc Hearing on Libertarian Bequests Lawsuit — 3 Comments

  1. NO money limit in the 1 Amdt for the living or dead – via estates.

Do the 11 CADC folks have human brain cells to detect such NO money limit ???

    — unlike the 9 SCOTUS robot morons for about 45 years.

How many other cases in CADC are being disrupted ???

  2. In 2012, after winning the Missouri primary as Libertarian Party (LP) POTUS candidate, the only primary that fell before the national LP convention.

I won the primary by 52.7% and it was a fair ballot, Gary Johnson’s name was on it as a Republican.

Our team consisted of women candidates for President, Roseanne Barr, Tiffany Briscoe, Joy Waymire, and their friends and nominees populate the 500+ assembly, now lead by Angela Keaton [Ordinary Anarchist].

At the 2012 LP convention our team was denied speaking time, we are team players and thought the United Coalition would be of interest after the 52.7% win, but although denied speaking to the delegates and having been censored, de-linked from national LP web site, we did pass out more than 500 blank paper ballots for the 9th USA Parliament Election of 2012.

The LP ballot for US President was a plurality fill the dot system with single-winner for POTUS.

Our ballot featured more than 500 names for President and Vice President of the United Coalition, several of whom attended the LP national convention of whom I was one.

Our team was continually battered and bruised by the party bosses, they never heard about the great team psychology in taking turns with our opposite gender but prohibiting single-winner districts is a prerequisite.

Now we are campaigning for the end to all yes/no plurality voting and the end to all single-winner district elections again in 2020.

  3. As a former 2012 Libertarian Party POTUS candidate, I have switched to Green Party to potentially create a link between my campaign for POTUS as a Green Party candidate, who will then join instead as Vice President on a female Libertarian Party (Or female POTUS with ?) candidate’s ticket.

We can start publicizing the team more as soon as we identity the first woman who agrees to run for POTUS who is outside California.

Men, please unite with me, help the team find female candidates. We need to do a better job and you too may also run for POTUS.

We will start to conduct debates/discussions.
