On August 10, the final brief was filed in the Washington State Supreme Court in Guerra v Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings, 95347-3. Here is a link. The case challenges the constitutionality of Washington state’s treatment of three Democratic presidential electors in 2016. They voted for persons other than Hillary Clinton in the electoral college, and the state then fined each of them.
