Hearing in Illinois Ballot Access Case Postponed

A U.S. District Court in Springfield, Illinois, had been planning to hear Gill v Scholz on November 15. But on November 7 the judge said the hearing will be postponed, due to a scheduling conflict. The new hearing date isn’t set yet. This is the case that challenges the 5% petition for independent candidates for U.S. House.
