  1. Perhaps a MD math folk has seen the 34 [extremist A] – 33 [extremist B] – 32 [Moderate] RCV example ???

  2. Everyone is against RCV in single winner and rightly so, we are a melting pot, and the one-party system brought by RCV in single-winner districts as in SF, Oakland and Maine are no good.

The correct way is two-member districts or better and the United Coalition USA is bringing the three-party system to US Presidential elections correctly, as a 538-member at-large district, in the new USA PPR Electoral College.
