Author Darcy Richardson, who was the Reform Party nominee for Governor of Florida in 2018, has filed an FEC form indicating he will seek the Reform Party presidential nomination in 2020. The Reform Party is still on the ballot in Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

I would guess he will seek other small party nominations in other states for ballot access, and write ins for others.

DR could intervene in the IVN lawsuit in California. The California Constitution requires that recognized candidates be placed on the primary ballot, or be permitted to petition on to the print ballot.
