Spain does not use limited voting in multiple winner districts on an at-large national election district and the disinformation campaign by BAN continues.
We are making headway because the L.P. is using ranked choice voting but in single-winner election districts brought by former chair Ted Brown and that guaranteed a one-party system.
Approximately 25% of the Los Angeles County L.P. convention used numerals correctly on the paper ballots and next year is a new year when we might approach 33.33%.
Us men have a plan, bring women voters up to 33.33% (plus one vote) and bring RCV voters up to 33.33% (plus one vote) and win Prez/VP with 66.66% (plus two votes).

With 348 at-large seats, and the Spainish threshold of 3% votes to qualify which can only elect 33 seats, whose votes elect the remaining 315 seats under their so-called proportional representation system?
10 of the 16 parties that received seats are regionally based and favor more autonomy/sovereignity/independence for their region.

All candidates must have their own rank order lists —
ASSume party hacks will rank each other ahead of other party folks —
BUT parties may split about internal stuff.
ranked choice voting has more going for it then any pr campaign in America.
