  1. Yet another MORON gerrymander commission scheme.

1/2 or less [plurality] votes x 1/2 [bare majority] rigged packed / cracked gerrymander districts = 1/4 or less CONTROL
    = ANTI-Democracy MINORITY RULE O-L-I-G-A-R-C-H-Y
with TYRANT MONARCHS – STALINS / HITLERS.

UNEQUAL votes for winners in districts.

    UNEQUAL total votes in districts.

    — Whoever makes the district lines.

    — and regardless of A-L-L math retards/morons/idiots/imbeciles/etc.

    who love commissions for whatever.

Look for the *dormant* PR section in the OR Const – vestige of olde *progressive* era

that produced voter pets for state const amdts in 18 of 50 States [incl OR].

    PR and AppV and TOTSOP

  2. The proposal would be voted on at the 2020 election, with the commisssion thrown together in a couple of months.

The California commission for legislative redistricting was approved in 2008. The commissioners had already been selected by the time, congressional redistricting was added to their charge in 2010.

There is a strong random element, which may lead to bias or incompetent or weak commissioners.

California realized that the 2010 commission was chosen too late, and has move up the schedule for 2020, such that screening process has already begun.
