Just because a person is unable, or unwilling, to go through with a case, it does not mean they were wrong. Hillary can get the best attorneys around, and tie the case up for many years, and this could cost Tulsi a ton of money in legal bills. Plus, she could have threatened her, if not an outright death threat, she could have threatened to get her knocked out of her seat in Congress, or perhaps a deal was cut behind the scenes. This does not mean that Tulsi was wrong. Lots of people have legitimate grounds for lawsuits and are never able to get anything.
