Last Brief Filed in U.S. District Court in Ballot Access Lawsuit Concerning U.S. House Elections

On October 16, the Georgia Libertarian Party filed this brief in U.S. District Court in Cowen v Raffensperger, 1:17cv-4660. This is the challenge to Georgia’s petition requirement for candidates for U.S. House. This is the final brief, and a decision is likely before the end of the year.

    INDIVIDUAL candidates – same office – same election area.

    Much too difficult for useless lawyers and worse judges — since 1968 Williams v Rhodes — mere 52 years and counting.

  2. How many elections since 1968 — even and odd years ???

    Hacks have gotten past ALL of them.
