Libertarian Party is Now Ballot-Qualified in 32 Jurisdictions

The Libertarian Party is now ballot-qualified for 2022, for statewide office, in 32 jurisdictions: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

In Connecticut it is only on the 2022 ballot for Treasurer.

Also, it meets Pennsylvania’s definition of “political party”, which means it will be back on the voter registration form as a choice, and it is on the ballot automatically for special elections. But no party can be ballot-qualified for Pennsylvania regular elections unless it has registration membership of at least 15% of the state total.

If the party wins its Maine and New York lawsuits, it could be back on the ballot in those two states.

At the end of 2016, the Libertarian Party was ballot-qualified in 38 jurisdictions.

  1. how many zillion hours to do the UNEQUAL ballot access math via the various State/DC websites ???

Marginal changes after ALL votes are counted ???

EQUAL ballot access nom pets for INDIVIDUAL candidates —

via a case in SCOTUS with a lawyer with ANY 14-1 EQUAL brain cells = less/no torture for RW.

  2. The Libertarian Party has been the best organized third party in the US for many years now. Have there been any studies on why this party has done better than other third parties?

  3. This is wonderful news. Retaining in 32 states this year means we can see the “light” at the end of our ballot access “tunnel”.

  4. @scott. We maga supporters are seething with the rage over you Liberal-tarians. Our fire toward you is as intense as a 1000 suns

  5. Now is a good time to contact your newly elected or re-elected legislators (read: public servants), develop a relationship with him/her, and discuss ballot access/party qualification improvement bills for the upcoming 2021 session. On my agenda: petitioning for statewide PARTY qualification rather than just for governor. Will keep y’all updated.

  7. How did the LP retain ballot access in Texas? When I check the election results for Texas, it looked to me like the PAy have lost ballot access there. Losing ballot access in Texas would be a very bad thing, because it is really hard to get it back.

  8. It should be pointed out that all candidates for every office in Pennsylvania have to petition their way onto the ballot, except for candidates of state recognized parties in special elections to fill vacancies. So in Pennsylvania, all Democrats and Republicans have to petition their way on to primary ballots, including their candidates for presidential nominations.

  9. Is the cyberpig really the one who should be talking about people’s pets? He allegedly kidnapped and killed a dog because its owner wouldn’t donate to his fake veterans scam.

  10. Is it karmatic that he now allegedly lives in a cardboard box underneath the Queensboro bridge?

  11. You have me confused with someone else. I condemn the cyberpig and his crimes against nature, animals, election fraud, veterans charity fraud, aggressive panhandling, raping underage prostitutes, homosexual perversion, trespassing, auto theft, terroristic threats, and allegedly killing his girlfriend and burying her in a shallow grave in the mountains of Chihuahua, Mexico when he was a teen and his alleged association with Satanists, pedophiles, hippies, punks, anarchists, race mixing and russian-israeli organized crime. Anyone like the cyberpig Vernon frankel and Thomas demon raped Jones who engages in these kinds of gross disgusting activities should be investigated, arrested, and given the appropriate punishment.

  12. Another thing which needs to be investigated is ancient Aryan astronauts with iprx being a great place to start learning more. I’ve been told by many people very strongly that circumcised kosher Zionists are not happy about this information being discussed. Let’s make America great again by making sure it is as widely known as possible. Thank you for your help and together we can stop tranny tyranny and sharia law from taking over this country along with MS 13, antifa and Soros.

  13. Here’s the real story on the dead dog controversy (which never should have been a controversy, but false rumors spread, and got more and more wild). The guy who owned the dog, Roger, took a trip from where he was living in Texas, to Mississippi, to visit a relative of his who had moved there. Roger brought the dog with him. While at this family member’s house, somebody opened the door, and the dog ran out of the house and into a nearby patch of woods. Roger went searching for the dog, and he ended up finding out that at some point, the dog had run into a neighbor’s yard, and the neighbor, not knowing whose dog it was, shooed the dog away, and it ran back into the woods. Roger continued looking for the dog, but he did not find it until a few days later. Unfortunately, he found the dog dead in the woods. The dog was old, and may have died of old age, or it could have frozen (thus happened in a time if year when the weather gets colder, particularly at night). Nobody murdered the dog. I was told this by Roger himself.

  14. Or maybe it was 14 years ago. Actually, it was 14 years ago when the dead dog thing happened. I am surprised anyone is still talking about this. The rumors of the dog having been “doggieknapped” and murdered started about a year after the dog die, so that was 13 years ago. The rumors got crazier and crazier, but they were all nonsense. The real story is what I posted above, and I got that in conversation straight from the source.

  15. I don’t believe you are the real Andy. The real Andy is pro-White and every one knows the cyberpig kills dogs, uses meth, steals cars, screws trannies and aggressively panhandles for fake veterans charities.

  16. It’s even documented on the highly rated and widely respected libertarian heathen web site which is one of the top libertarian blogs, along with libertarian republican.

  17. The Texas Libertarian and Green Parties remained on the ballot in Texas this year due to the bill passed in 2019. It gives parties five elections in which to meet the vote test.

  18. Especially alarming is their constant abuse of children and pets. Thanks again. Spread the word. Also help save the Billy goats. These bozos living under bridges keep eating them.

  19. “Libertarian Heathen” Ryan Ramsey just repeated a false story he read somewhere else. This never happened. Nobody murdered Roger’s dog. I got this scoop from Roger himself.

Nobody that Roger knows outside his family would have even known where this relative of his lived in Mississippi. This relative was not even from Mississippi, they had just moved there.

The whole story about the dog being “doggieknapped” and murdered was ridiculous. I am surprised these wild rumors from years ago are still being discussed.

  20. I don’t believe you. The dog was found tortured, dismembered, half eaten alive, skinned and disemboweled in a park in Alabama where the cyberpig is known to cruise for anonymous homosexual encounters and to find children and animals to abuse. If you were the real Andy you would know better than to defend the cyberpig who posted the terrorist threat you were arrested for while pretending to have no internet access. He’s also a Zionist who works for Soros to bring more illegal invaders here.

  21. @Andy,

In 2019 as part of the new Green Deal, the qualification standard was reduced to 2% for any statewide offic over the past five elections. This requalified the Green Party which had missed in 2016, and not petioned in 2018. Under the law as it currently exists, the Green Party is qualified through 2026, and the Libertarian Party through 2030.

The Republicans were angered at the Democrats for refusing to confirm the Secretary of State, so putting the Green Party back on the ballot was a way to poke the Democrats in the eye.

They used the bill HB 2504 which imposed a filing fee on Libertarian candidates as a vehicle (otherwise the bill would have died). A floor amendment was made to put the Green Party back on the ballot.

The two parts of the bill are clearly severable, but I suspect that the Republicans will attempt to repeal the whole bill in 2021 claiming they have seen the light on the filing fee. This would knock the Librrtarian Party off the ballot.

Incidentally, the author of HB 2504, Drew Springer, is running in a special election to fill a Senate vacancy.

  22. To make things even worse he’s also the one who kept suppressing and censoring discussions of ancient Aryan astronauts, as well as racial realism and human biodiversity and honest facts about illegal invaders. And deleting and banning Robert Milnes, James Oogle, Nathan Norman, Jim Bell, and even you when you posted information that was not left wing and politically correct.

  23. I am not defending anybody. I am just posting what Roger said was the real story about how the dog died.

  24. Who is Roger? Roger Lee Wrights? Roger Roots? Roger Rabbit?

And I’m sure the poor dog had a name. What was his name?

It wouldn’t surprise me if the cyberpig tried to eat the dog like his hero Obongo did.

  25. Roger Pope. The dog’s name was Heidi. I met Heidi when Roger was petitioning for the Libertarian Party in Illinois way back in 2004. I was working on the same petition drive.

  26. The original rumor was that Gary killed the dog. Gary turned out to be an ass, but never happened as far as the doggie murder went.

I got the real story from Roger, and I posted it above. This should end that discussion.

  27. Roger and the cyberpig probably molested underage trannies together. If this story about Roger allegedly recanting is even true he’s probably being blackmailed or threatened with further and even more horrific attacks by the cyberpig. Maybe he told Roger you better deny what I did to your dog or you, your wife and kids will be next?

  28. If the Roger you’re talking about the cyberpig molesting shemales with is Roger Lee Wrights, that sounds about right.

  29. Maybe Gary too. They were all in the same rape club together. And involved in various other criminal acts together with other hobos with clipboards.

  30. The living/dead dog have more brain cells than the BAN posters —

  31. It’s past time that justice be served by doing to the cyberpig what he did to Heidi. Other than the sex, because that would be too gross. And no one really wants to eat him either, unless it’s cannibalistic pigs, but even they may be too grossed out. But everything else for sure. Just remember to wear a hazmat suit since he poses a huge number of contagious diseases.

  32. Roger never said that anyone murdered his dog. I know who started the rumor, and this person just ASSUMED that Gary had done it. Roger never actually said this.

  33. The cyberpig murdered his dog and you still have not proved you’re the real Andy. For all we know you could be the cyberpig impersonating Andy.

  34. How did the LP retain status in NC? Both the Presidential and Gubernatorial candidates received less than 2%.

  35. I was wondering the same thing about North Carolina. I think the LP retained ballot access there because there was a change in the law that said if you are on the ballot in a certain number of other states, your party could remain ballot qualified in North Carolina. I am sure Richard Winger can fill us in on the details.

  36. @Jon and Andy, re: Libertarian ballot access in North Carolina.

From the NC Elections code, § 163-96(a)(3)

‘Any group of voters which shall have filed with the State Board of Elections documentation that the group of voters had a candidate nominated by that group on the general election ballot of at least seventy percent (70%) of the states in the prior Presidential election. To be effective, the group must file their documentation with the State Board of Elections before 12:00 noon on the first day of June preceding the day on which is to be held the first general State election in which the new political party desires to participate. The State Board of Elections shall forthwith verify the documentation filed with it and shall immediately communicate its determination to the State chair of the proposed new political party.’

How many LP winning/losing ballot access cases in 2019-2020 ??? —
using the same old LOSING arguments ???

Is the LP *establishment* as rotted as the Donkey/Elephant regimes – aka DNC/RNC

    — or much WORSE [due to the monarch/oligarch parts of the LP Bylaws] ???
