  1. Any minor parties in IA now ???

    — to be removed by IA regime ???

Any lawyers in IA able to detect EQUAL in 14-1 Amdt ???

  2. BTW, my MN State Representative introduced a bill to add political affiliation to the state’s civil right act.

  3. Iowa already had a harsh definition of “political party” and already was one of 15 states in which only the Democratic and Republican Parties are ballot-qualified. The new bill doesn’t change that; it just makes candidate petitions, especially for US House, much more difficult.
