  1. If a rubber stamp or any other device is used to mark up a write-in ballot it should be required to be destroyed after the voter marks the ballot. One person, one vote, one rubber stamp per candidate if supplied by private individuals. The ink used however should only be supplied at the polling place exclusively.
BTW. I suggest a stamp should be tax exempt and income tax credit if it can be configured for multiple names which the voter can use before it is destroyed at the polling place.
OR, the rubber stamps for “write-in” voting should be issued at the polling place and returned after used by the voter. When the polls close all ink is publicly destroyed and sealed with all rubber debris.
As for rubber stamping mail-in ballots? Blind trust. No handwriting analysis possible. Just have election officials pick up the ballots at the warehouse where were “voted.”
A superior ballot is the voter verifiable ballot.

  2. Do you know why he is using a rubber stamp to his voters? Because most of them are too illiterate and retarded to spell his name right as a write-in candidate!!! That’s why! Duh, I’m an American voter and hooked on spelling didn’t work for me. lol Forget about ballot access during election time. How about dictionary access.

  3. How many Byron Brown folk in 2021 Buffalo, NY ???

see infamous 2010 USA Senate election – W-I winner

    Mur something.

  4. It is also a way to publicize his campaign. The mayoral race is in the last column, and the write-in row is the 9th row.

Since New York long used mechanical behemoths voters might not be familiar with write-in voting.

Meanwhile India Walton had her car towed for $700 in unpaid parking tickets and an expired inspection. She highlighted it as showing her empathy for the grifter class.

  5. It drives me crazy to see the SYSTEM coddle voters and make it easier for them. The voters need to go where the voting is or absentee ballot. Not have the vote come to them like pussies. Get off your ass you lazy voters and spray yourself down with Lysol and go vote. Show proper ID like most of America does. No ID, no vote.

  6. People who use a rubber stamp are voting in person. They get one vote each and get vetted by the polling place workers same as anyone else voting that day. No one is making it any easier for them than for those who vote for candidates whose names are printed on the ballot.

  7. @ D. Frank Robinson – “If a rubber stamp or any other device is used to mark up a write-in ballot it should be required to be destroyed after the voter marks the ballot.”

Why? Do you want to destroy pens used to write in names, but not pens that fill in bubbles?

And hand writing analysis is junk science, on par with dog scent analysis, polygraphs, blood type analysis, fingerprint analysis, bullet marking analysis, and hair analysis absent DNA.

  8. NOOO problemo with any wet inked ballots – esp of next top/bottom ballots in pile ???
