Montana Initiative Proponents File Reply Brief in Ninth Circuit

On October 22, initiative proponents filed this reply brief in the Ninth Circuit in Pierce v Stapleton, 21-35173. This is the case over Montana’s ban on out-of-state petitioners for initiatives. There are similar cases pending in Maine and Arkansas.

  4. My comment was not inane. It was a response to the inane comments above mine. It’s odd that Mr. WINGER would include my comment amongst the inane comments, failing to differentiate it from the inane comments it mocked, and along with Ogle the Turd’s inane comment, but doesn’t count the very first inane comment amongst those he brands as inane.
