The Constitution Party of South Dakota is again a ballot-qualified party. The party’s petition has been approved by the Secretary of State. Currently the Constitution Party is the only party on the ballot in South Dakota, other than the Democratic and Republican Parties.
Congrats to the CP! Is the LP expected to be on the ballot as well?
I won’t be suprised if the LP fails in South Dakota. They could have finished the petition drive there months ago if they had been more on the ball.
If they do fail I believe that there’s another deadline to get a Presidential candidate on the ballot as an independent so they’d still have that option.
