On December 21, the Census Bureau released its calculation of how many seats in the U.S. House each state will have, starting in 2012.
Texas gained four seats; Florida gained two seats; and these states each gained one seat: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah, and Washington.
New York and Ohio each lost two seats; and these states each lost one seat: Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
More ANTI-Democracy minority rule gerrymanders coming to ALL States in 2011-2012 — i.e. more of the same since the 1964 SCOTUS gerrymander cases.
Half the votes in half the gerrymander districts = about 25 percent minority rule — much too difficult for the SCOTUS math MORONS to understand.
Much worse due to primary math.
Will the robot party hacks Reps. in the States losing seats move to the States gaining seats ???

I find it interesting that this is the first time ever that California did not gain any seats (other than the skipped 1920 redistricting).

Detailed precinct gerrymander stats early in 2011.
Time needed for new gerrymanders – about a nanosecond with the latest and greatest computerized gerrymander programs — as soon as the 2010 precinct data is put into gerrymander databases.
— and once “tourists” are removed from citizen rep consideration CA will be much fewer.
I did not expect either Texas and Florida to increase that much in 2010. Nor New York to be
down two seats, I was expecting NY to be down just
one seat.

This is great news here in Texas. A wonderful increase in our radical Replublican congressional contingent.
308,143,815 50 States / 435 U.S.A. Reps = Average 708,376 Pop per gerrymander district = SUPER-easy to have Donkey/Elephant concentration camps
308,143,815 50 States / 50 = 6,162,876
33 States below average — 17 above average
More EVIL minority rule in the EVIL gerrymander U.S.A. Senate.
i.e. — more brain dead gerrymander *politics* in the U.S.A. gerrymander regime of death, destruction and deficits — 3D.
P.R. NOW
I’m glad to see that our anti-census effort in Pennsylvania paid off.
This is good news. The states who have more small-government minded people are gaining House seats while the Communist states of NY and the others are losing seats!

gerrymander data by blocks
Pack and crack the blocks to create the left/right political concentration camps — taking note of the 2006-2008-2010 chaos elections.
EVIL bad luck for the EVIL gerrymander makers — akin to the EVIL Stalin and Hitler death camp guards.
Now if we can only get the states to follow the “shortest splitline algorithm” which is a totally impartial gerrymander-proof 100% mathematical way of redistricting. Check it out at http://rangevoting.org/GerryExec.html
#11 ALL single member district systems are AUTOMATIC ANTI-Democracy systems — regardless of whoever or whatever is making the district lines.
Half the votes in half the districts = about 25 percent minority rule.
Much worse primary math – especially in party hack primary States – esp. with NO incumbent running.

The real question is what will circa February, 2011 in
California bring from the US Census for Los Angeles County. The question to ask is will Los Angeles County have an April 1, 2010 population of 10,244,837 or over.
The question here is will Los Angeles County have a total of 11 State Senate Districts totally within that County. We now know that the population of California
on April 1, 2010 was 37,253,956. That would make each of the four Board of Equalization Districts 9,313,489 each. Starting in 2012 each Board of Equalization District will have 10 State Senate Districts. Each of
these Senate Districts will contain two Assembly Districts. Therefore, the population of each of the
Senate District needs to be close to 931,348 or 931,349.
Each of these assembly districts needs to be close to
465,679 or 465,680. I know that the City of Los Angeles will have have 4 of these 10 Senate Districts
included in that Los Angeles total based Board of Equalization District. If Los Angeles County gets the
11th Senate District, than one of the Senate District
will share that district with a totally based Assembly
District in the City of Long Beach and all within Los
Angeles County.
It also should be noted that the City of Signal Hill
will be part of the other Assembly District in the same
total Los Angeles County total based Senate District.
For the same legal issue effecting Signal Hill in Long
Beach other part based city territory, the Cities of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and San Fernando will be
connected to a Los Angeles City based territory.
It should be noted that Orange, Riverside, San Diego,
and Imperial Counties will not have had a population
based together to establish a Board of Equalization District. Therefore, if the Los Angeles County population goes over 10,244,838, that population overage
my go to form part of that shortfall in those four counties to establish the 10 Senate District. If Los
Angeles County falls to get the 10,244,838 than that
Senate District will include Long Beach territory with the City of Signal Hill.
