  1. The author tries to explain that Boston city council is a four-member district.

    Really? I’m sure there are nine seats on the council.

    So you can see the half-hearted attempt to explain a multi-winner election as a “modified” proportional system.

    Furthermore, IRV (instant runoff voting) isn’t needed for ranked choice voting. You get the same results without using STV. STV is a waste of time.

    The definition of IRV has been changed in this article. Those supporting IRV are more eager to misinform rather than explain the best system.

  2. IRV is one more math MORON scheme from Hell.

    IF the Middle is divided as it often is — then the final top 2 may both be super-extremists —

    34 L-M-R
    33 R-M-L
    16 M-L-R
    16 M-R-L
    99

    With IRV, M loses, 50 L beats 49 R

    L = Stalin clone, R Hitler clone
    M George Washington clone

    M has a mere 99 of 99 votes in 1st and 2nd place.

    Means ZERO to the retarded moron idiots pushing IRV.

    Pending Condorcet Head to Head math —
    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.
