Party Voters must be vetted by NBCP-NC electors as having both birth parents were US citizens at NBCP-NC member’s birth and otherwise including being of current federal election voting age before date of CINC-POTUS General Election November 2016.
NBCP-NC Party 2016 CINC-POTUS Candidates must be vetted by elected NBCP-NC Electors as being otherwise natural born citizens eligible to be elected CINC-POTUS. (e.g. “Trump Rule”)
