It’s nice to see Keith Judd and Rocky De La Fuente hanging in there.
It is so nice that they make it so easy for the establishment but anyone else has to file a petition or they are locked out.
@E. Zachary: I don’t know what the establishment has to do with it. Everybody who has filed in Oklahoma so far has paid $2,500 rather than file a petition, and that includes both the establishment and non-establishment (Judd and De La Fuente) candidates.
Joshua,
Those are both establishment candidates. When I say that, I mean those candidates who are part of the establishment parties, ie the Republican and Democratic parties. However, if you want to run under a non-establishment party, ie Libertarian, Green etc, you have to petition by either petitioning to form a new party or petitioning to run as an independent. They are not allowed to simply pay a fee to get on the ballot.
