Two Tennessee legislators have introduced bills that amend the election code. The bills prohibit the Secretary of State from placing any presidential candidate on the general election ballot if the candidate is not a natural-born citizen. Here is the text of SB 2625. The other bill, HB 2595, is identical. The sponsors are two Democrats from Nashville, Senator Jeff Yarbro and Representative Jason Powell.

Shouldn’t the legislation provide a definition of its terms?
How is the Secretary of State of Tennessee supposed to ascertain whether or not a candidate is a “natural born citizen”, or for that matter whether they are 35, and meet the 14-year continuous residency requirement?

NBC = having ALLEGIANCE at birth via father to USA regime — regardless of place of birth.
A mother may be ANY where on Mother Earth or in outer space when she has a kid born.
AFTER birth change of ALLEGIANCE = naturalization.
Difficult ONLY for SCOTUS robot party hack MORONS since 1789.
The obvious problem is that there are very defective records of the NATION-State status of fathers when their kids are born.
