North Carolina 3-Judge Court Asks for a Response from Plaintiffs, Before Deciding Whether to Stay Redistricting Opinion

Late on February 8, the 3-judge U.S. District Court that is hearing the North Carolina redistricting case asked the plaintiffs to submit a response on whether the court should stay its own opinion. The response is due at noon on Tuesday, February 9. The case is Harris v McCrory, m.d., 1:13cv-949.
