Iowa Supreme Court Will Hear Case on Ex-Felon Voting

Last week the Iowa Supreme Court agreed to hear Griffin v Brandstad, to settle which ex-felons are permitted to register to vote. The plaintiff had been convicted of a low-level drug possession crime. Long after she was free, she voted, and was then charged with a felony for voting illegally. The lower court ruled against her.   1. If you want veto or pass, yes or no, my way or no way, and all or nothing … stick with pluarlity voting and the Ls will always get nothing.

    But if you want to be a part of government then you may want to considet the switch to pure proportional representation (PR).

    The 9th USA Parliament has been using PR for 20 consecutive years and PR works fine.
