  1. Why did they eliminate Rand Paul before Jeb Bush?

    What would have been the result if voters were only able to rank 3 candidates as in San Francisco?

    How would a recount been conducted to determine who was eliminated and 2nd, 3rd, and 5th rounds. Would voters accept an explanation that it statistically wouldn’t matter?

    How would the votes cast at hundreds of thousands of polling places be tabulated?
