Scott Copeland Wins Idaho Constitution Party Presidential Primary — 11 Comments

  1. Congratulations to Scott, and thanks to Patrick for running too. It is only grassroots activists who make the CP, or any party, real. The CP Idaho had a good showing. Thanks to all my supporters in Idaho!

  2. It is interesting that the total vote for the CP in Idaho is far more than the total number of CP electors in California, viz.,
338 California CP electors on January 5, 2016.

On February 16, 2016, William “Bill” Lussenheide filed a lawsuit
in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
California against the California Secretary of State, because the
CA SOS would not give political body status to the bogus entity
formed by members of the “Constitution Party of California” under
    a designation “Independent Party”.

The attorney used for this filing was Robert E. Barnes, Esq. who
in 2010 filed in the case of KING v. ROBINSON a document stating
he was the attorney for Markham Robinson, Chairman, American Independent Party of California. However, Mr. Robinson informed
me circa 2010 that he had no retrospection in hiring attorney Robert E. Barnes, Esq. to handle that case, because his then attorney was Gary G. Kreep, Esq. [who currently is a judge on
the Superior Court in the County of San Diego, CA].

Mr. Charles M. Deemer is purported to be the State Chairman of
the “Independent Party” while he is at the same time a member of the “National Committee of the Constitution Party”

One would think these fact are strange. But its get even stranger, because the claim for Venue of the case is in the
United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and they file the case in the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of California with no
claim of Venue in the court the case was filed in.

Now we have Gary Odom and Dr. Don Grundmann both claiming to be
the Chairman of this 338 group of California electors.

I recall back in 2008, Dr. Don Grundmann, who last office ended
in the American Independent Party on September 2, 2008, claimed
[bogus] that he was elected Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party on postings in Ballot Access News on three
different dates. When being questioned on the date he claimed
to be elected, Dr. Don Grundmann came up with three different
dates in June, 2008. Dr. Grundmann was a delegate to the Convention of the American Independent Party in Sacremento,CA in
July, 2008, but walked out of the Convention just before, Dr.
Alan Keyes was picked for POTUS. The following day I was re-elected Vice Chairman of the Amertican Independent Party.
At no time was Dr. Don Grundmann was ever Vice Chairman or Chairman of the American Independent Party of California.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Chairman, American Independent Party
    of California

  3. For those unacquainted with the criminality of Mark Seidenberg you can go to TheCorruptionofAlanKeyes.BlogSpot.com where I document his participation in the Robinson Crime Syndicate which filed fake documents with the California Secretary of State office in order to destroy the AIP and hence the CP. He is a long time agent of the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Republican Party, specifically its ” Establishment ” controllers and was assigned to infiltrate the AIP so that it could be destroyed and hence neutralized from challenging the corruption of the Republican Establishment. He has always been dedicated to destroying the work of Bill Shearer, the founder of the AIP, and by his corruption and criminality has succeeded.

  4. The complaint filed in US District Court in Sacramento (eastern district) does not say anything about the northern district. Mark is apparently looking at a first draft of the complaint instead of the final complaint that was actually filed. That may be my fault. I may have posted a preliminary draft instead of the final filed complaint.

  5. As I recall in July, 2008, Dr. Don Grundmann walked out of the American Independent Party convention in Sacramento, CA. His last
day of any contact with the AIP was on September 2, 2008. At that
time he began to state he was the Vice Chairman and later the Chairman of the American Independent Party.

I recall that in 2008, in Kansas City,CA, was running for POTUS
at the CP convention. He had only one vote in the California
Delegation to that Convention, viz., his own vote and no other.

Now Dr. Grundmann is running for the United States Senate under
the label “No Party Preference”. The good new is he will not
be using the name of the “American Independent Party of California” any more.

The question is he part of the cabal deginated “Independent Party” that is headed by Charles M. Deemer of Los Angeles County?

We are now back to the issues of Grundmann claiming “filed fake
documents”. I expect in his next post he will be again claiming
that I do not use a real telephone in making telecoms again, viz., claiming I use “fake telephones”. I can even expect he will claim that when I write letters, I will be using “fake pens
or pencils” or “fake paper” next.

The bottom line now is to explain why file a lawsuit in the Eastern District of California of the United States District Court, when one claims Venue in the Northern District of California of the United States District Court and not in the
    court district filed in?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Chairman, American Independent Party of California

  6. Richard Winger

Do you have a copy of what was filed in “Independent Party and
William Lussenheide v. SOS”. You are correct I have only seen the draft on your web posting, if that was what was filed. I note the
posting clearly claims the “Northern District of California” and
does not claim the “Eastern District of California”. I guess
it will be interesting what the filed copy states.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Chairman, American Independent Party of California

  7. Richard Winger,

I note that what you posted was signed by Robert E. Barnes, Esq.
    date February 16, 2016.

In 2010 the same Robert E. Barnes, Esq. filed in the case of
KING v. ROBINSON a notice that he was the attorney of Markham
Robinson the Defendent, when attorney Gary G. Kreep was the
attorney for Markham Robenson. I asked Mr. Robinson at that
time if he hired attorney Robert E. Barnes, Esq. He told mer
that he had not retrospection of hiring attorney Robert E. Barnes
    as his attorney.

Therefore, if you have what was filed on February 16, 2016, I
would like to see it. The question is what edition of the document did Mr. Barnes sign for the Plaintiff.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg

P.S. I believe the posted edition needs to be given judicial notice in this case also.

  8. ….and the Constitution Party continues to go downhill with all the behind the scenes drama.

  9. Fortunately Michael the situation is quite different in the Libertarian Party-http://truthinmedia.com/libertarian-party-registrations-rising/

  10. So what happened May 2, 2016 in Court?
    Sincerely
James Lewis Olin, Indiana Elector for: Darrell L. Castle/Scott N. Bradley 2016.
