  1. Is this the Terrance Lynn initiative which had a circulation deadline of April 26?

    Under state law, the 135-day deadline before an election is considered to be when the county registrars turn over their qualifying signature counts to the SOS. If a full check is needed, and the counties use their maximum time allotted, then the deadline for filing with counties was March 8.

    The Jesus Angel Cisneros was not cleared for circulation until February 26. Either they were overly optimistic about how long it would take for the AG to review the petition, or how long it would take to circulate, or they never intended to get on the November 2016 ballot.
