Bill Kristol on June 21 said he estimates an 85% probability that Donald Trump will be the Republican presidential nominee. Kristol was speaking to a live audience at the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco.

Bill is a lost soul. More like 99.9% chance… Where is MR. Kristol’s 3rd party he kept talking about.?
Mr. Kristol’s problem is he wasn’t really looking for a 3rd party candidate, but an second Republican candidate, and the people who fit that mold already took their shot and lost. By the time he was starting to look for his alternate, it was too late to practically get a candidate and organization mobilized with the resources (manpower, money, and name recognition) to get on enough ballots to matter..
The 15% chance of replacing Trump, is clutching at straws, but far more possible, though the number is completely pulled out of the sky.
Will Trump be smashed even worse than Bush I in 1992 — due to Perot ???
i.e. will the wreckage of the Elephants cause them to become *democratic* internally ???
