Gary Johnson and Jill Stein Get an Extension to File Cert Petition in Anti-Trust Debates Case

Gary Johnson and Jill Stein still plan to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to hear Johnson v Commission on Presidential Debates, their case using federal anti-trust law to attack the exclusionary policy of the Commission on Presidential Debates. Their cert petition was originally due at the end of November, but the Court has granted an extension to file. The cert petition is now due December 27.

  1. IRV (instant runoff voting) and RCV (ranked choice voting) in single-winner districts creates a one-party system.

At least by using plurality votes with Xs in single-winner districts, the 2nd and 3rd-sized civic groups can randomly win, because of the split vote problem.

Not in IRV or RCV in single-winner districts though, only biggest group wins, guaranteed 100% of the time.

Are you interested in pure proportional representation (PR) a new unity phenomena that’s sweeping the globe?

The United Coalition has been using pure proportional representation for more than twenty-two consecutive years and it works fine.

  2. James please just fucking stop with this bullshit already. You have no fucking clue what you’re talking about.

BTW, I love that the address on your website keeps changing. You’re nothing but a scam artist.

  3. The American Slidarity Party’s Tara Ann Thieke will utterly wipe the floor with Gary Johnson and Jill Stein in the 2020 third party presidential debates. Tara Ann Thieke is bar none the greatest stateswoman of our time, a combination of Thomas Jefferson and Teresa of Avila. Lillian Vogl is probably her best choice for running mate in order to establish party unity.

  4. It should be noted that this is only foolish speculation by my idiotic friend/enemy above. No one has declared interest in the presidency from the American Solidarity Party; in fact we can be hopeful that they will become a monarchist party and not even adopt a presidential candidate at all.

  5. Judging by their wiki article the Am. Solidarity Party seems like the exact opposite of the Libertarian Party. The seem to want a theocracy with a strong government overseeing businesses. Its like the Constitution Party and the Green Party had some malformed abomination of a baby.
