Michael Reagan Commentary on California’s Top-Two System — 8 Comments

  1. A United Coalition of #1 female candidates from the Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, Peace and Freedom candidates for Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, Treasurer and Controller will likely all shaped up fine under RCV.

Now the #2 male Attorney General will be ranked by our team of #1 female candidates for State-wide elective offices.

The only question is US Senator. Is it time to take turns with a Constitution or Christocratic Party male? Can a new team player, gender unknown, be elected US Senator of California?

Stay tuned to the United Coalition California.

  2. Reagan cites the decisions of the board of supervisors of Los Angeles. But the supervisors are not elected under Top 2, but rather non-partisan elections where a candidate with a majority is elected in the primary. A runoff is held in the general election if necessary.

  3. How many minority rule gerrymander AREA systems in ALL States and colonies ???

PR and AppV – pending Condorcet

  4. The United Coalition’s message is to unite Los Angeles County as one at-large election district under pure proportional representation (PPR).

Policy is set by the tean at the top and extends to all geographic levels and districts for mathematical perfection.

The United Coalition has been using pure proportional representation (PPR) for more than twenty-three consecutive years and PPR works fine.

  5. How many USA Voters have voted for the current USA *parliament* (IF it is not a top secret) ???

  6. DR, thanks for the interest. The answers are complex.

Our first election in 1995 featured 350 online voters, 125 POTUS candidates, Harry Browne (Libertarian) came in 1st, Colin Powell (Independent) 2nd and Noam Chomsky (New) 3rd.

Our current registered voter roles at over 1300+.

While the figures are not incredibly impressive, we do prefer team psychology, and so we are perfect on the sub-atomic level on which we can build.

  7. A mere

  8. All the voters had likely use a search engine whose naming was influenced by the United Coalition.

The United Coalition has been using pure proportional representation since 1995 and Google, formally named http://www.backrub.com, changed their name soon after joining our conversation in October 1997 but they don’t want anyone to know so they bought Dejanews, changed the name to “Google Groups”, and then they deleted the evidence.

Nobody wants you to know about the United Coalition’s team and in 2012 I won the only Libertarian Party state primary that fell before the national Libertarian convention in Missouri with 52.7% but wasn’t permitted to speak because the party bosses weren’t interested in PPR and they didn’t want their members to know about the United Coalition team.

We currently show teamwork by putting our opposite gender as #1, with consecutively ranked alternating genders thereafter under California’s Top Two.

If we do our jobs on the United Coalition then our team will be rewarded with more votes and maybe we will get to speak some day in the future about the unity phenomena sweeping the globe.
