On February 8, a bill to greatly reduce ballot access barriers was introduced in the Georgia House. It is HB 191. The sponsors are three Democrats and one Republican: Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), David Stover (R-Newnan), Vernon Jones (D-Lithonia), and Valencia Stovall (D-Forest Park).
The bill says that if a party is ballot-qualified for statewide office, then it is automatically qualified for all partisan office. And it lowers the number of signatures for independent candidates and the nominees of unqualified parties. Currently the presidential petition is 7,500; the other staewide offices are 1% of the registered voters (over 50,000); and the district and county offices are 5% of the registered voters. The United Coalition USA has been setting an example in fair ballot access, equal treatment and equal time for more than twenty-four consecutive years and collaboration under pure proportional representation (PPR) works fine.
Now we’re setting up the five-party system in Central California and nominating the 4.5 Presidential Electors for the population in the twelve-county region. If we get more than four names then the fifth name may reside anywhere in California.

With California bringing 55 Electors in the 2020 US Presidential elections we are trying to bring five state-wide parties and eleven Electors each (5 x 11 = 55) and every Elector may proclaim any party/category and vote for any POTUS and VP candidate they wish.
