Evidence Presented to US House Committee on Likelihood of Flawed Georgia Vote-Counting Process in 2018

The U.S. House Oversight and Reform Committee is investigating Georgia’s vote-counting machines’ performance in the November 2018 election. According to this story by Salon’s Executive Editor, Andrew O’Hehir, new evidence shows especially suspicious evidence about how the machines performed in the Lieutenant Governor’s race.

  1. Have the many MORON gerrymander oligarch HACKS in Congress ever heard about paper scan ballots ???

IE – What voting systems have had the LOWEST problems ???

  2. There were Libertarian candidates on the governor’s race above and SOS race below. The Democratic SOS candidate was a former Congressmen. The incumbent AG and Secretary of Agriculture were running for re-election.

Voters vote when they think that they know something about the casndidates. As they work their way down the ballot, they may recognize that they have not a clue, and quit. If voters were more self aware, the dropoff would be much greater.

Someone who voted Libertarian in the SOS race is somewhat likely to skip the Lieutenant Governor’s race.

The Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor, Sarah Riggs Amico was a registered Republican until recently, and contributed to Mitt Romney (who is white) in 2016 when he ran against Barack Obama (who is black). Riggs Amico (who is white) won the Democratic primary against Triana Arnold James (who is black). James demanded a recount in 61 counties, despite losing 55-45.

During the general election campaign, the fact that Amico’s company was being sued for discrimination against black employees was publicized.

The company Jack Cooper Ventures is in the car hauling business, mainly trucking from manufacturers to dealers. It has grown based on buying distressed competitors, with highly leveraged buyouts. It is one of the few remaining unionized auto haulers, and is saddled with huge pension liabilities. It has recently lost most of its work for its 3rd largest client, Toyota, and has been deferring maintenance on its aging equipment.

It forced its debt holders to take a massive haircut, while Spriggs Amico doubled her compensation. Just a month ago, Jack Cooper filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, pending approval of new union contracts which will cut pension benefits (workers will be out of work if they reject the deals).

During the canpaign, she tried to portray her company as a sucess of her woman-run business. Her father is CEO, she is chairwoman, her husband is president of on subsidiary.

So the question is did voting machines in black precincts record fewer votes, or did fewer black voters select the pretty blonde women who had been a Republican, and had contributed to Mitt Romney, and whose company was being sued for racial discrimination, and had defeated the black candidate in the primary (and that candidate had challenged the results)?
