Virginia Bill to Let Local Governments Use Ranked Choice Voting Advances

On February 18, Virginia HB 1103 passed the Senate Privileges & Elections Committee, 8-5. It had already passed the House. It lets local governments use ranked choice voting for elections for their own officers.
